1. Information We Collect

SPIRO does not require visitors to create an account on the website. The website may only receive information that a visitor voluntarily sends by email or through a contact form, such as a name, email address, company or project name, and message text.

This information is used only to respond to the request, provide support, or communicate about a project inquiry.

2. Beauty Spectrum App Data

Beauty Spectrum is designed as a personal cosmetic shade comparison and reference utility. The app does not collect, log, store, sell, or transfer personal data to SPIRO.

If the app saves cosmetic shade categories, selected shades, undertone filters, depth filters, finish filters, tone profile preferences, comparison tray items, saved comparisons, favorite shades, shade details, similar shade suggestions, personal notes, app settings, or local beauty reference records, those records are intended to remain on the user’s own device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

3. How Information Is Used

Information voluntarily sent to SPIRO may be used to:

• respond to support requests or business inquiries;
• maintain communication with the sender;
• improve public website clarity and product support information;
• protect the website from misuse, spam, or security issues.

SPIRO does not use Beauty Spectrum app content for advertising profiles, behavioral tracking, or resale.

4. Data Retention

Beauty Spectrum does not collect or store personal data on SPIRO servers. Any shade preferences, comparison setups, favorites, personal notes, tone profile data, or local app settings remain on the user’s device and are controlled by the user.

If a user contacts SPIRO by email, SPIRO may retain that communication only for as long as necessary to respond, provide support, keep basic business records, or comply with legitimate operational needs. SPIRO does not use these communications to create Beauty Spectrum user accounts or profiles.

5. Data Deletion

Because Beauty Spectrum does not collect or store personal app data on SPIRO servers, SPIRO does not hold app data that needs to be deleted from a remote database.

Users can delete local Beauty Spectrum data by clearing app data in device settings, using in-app delete or reset options where available, or uninstalling the application from the device.

For email or contact-form communications, users may request deletion by contacting support@spirotov.store. SPIRO will process reasonable deletion requests unless retention is required for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.

6. Third-Party Services

The app is distributed through Google Play. Google Play may process certain information according to Google’s own policies and platform rules. SPIRO does not control Google’s independent data practices.

The public website may use basic hosting, security, or infrastructure services needed to deliver the page. These services may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs for security and reliability.

7. Children’s Privacy

Beauty Spectrum and the SPIRO website are not directed to children. SPIRO does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app or website.

8. Responsible Use Notice

Beauty Spectrum is a personal cosmetic comparison and shade reference utility. It is not an ecommerce makeup store, cosmetic marketplace, medical dermatology app, skin diagnosis tool, AI face scanner, AR try-on system, beauty procedure diary, skincare routine tracker, professional makeup artist service, cosmetic safety validator, allergy detection app, or healthcare tool.

The app does not replace dermatologists, medical advice, professional makeup artists, cosmetic safety instructions, patch testing, personal judgment, or product labels.

9. Changes to This Policy

SPIRO may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
